VAD Constructions completed specialised water ingress remediation, crack injection, and concrete spalling repairs at 62–70 Parramatta Street, Cronulla. The project addressed structural deterioration caused by moisture penetration, beginning with targeted crack injection to restore the integrity of affected concrete elements. Our team then carried out precise spalling repairs, removing damaged sections and reinstating them with high-performance repair mortars designed for coastal environments. The works delivered a strengthened, long-lasting structure with improved protection against future moisture-related issues.
